PROVIDER'S MESSAGE
"My name is Ariel Casillas Jr and I’m the medical provider for Casillas Medical and Wellness. The reason we created CMW-VIP program was due to the drastic rising cost of healthcare leaving many unable to afford healthcare costs in most of our communities. My goal is to treat and help all those that are not able to access healthcare. We believe that every patient deserves equitable access to affordable healthcare in our community and across the board. Our goal is to touch one life at a time while educating our patients on wellness and prevention of diseases. We all have a right to access healthcare and this membership will help fill the gap in healthcare for a better future for all while we take the time to listen and understand our patient’s needs".
